Case files, uploaded documents and the database are stored in a Canadian data centre in Montréal. Some services that run the platform — the application servers, form generation, Lexova AI and email delivery — process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, without keeping your files; the privacy policy explains each one.
Does Lexova help with Law 25 / PIPEDA?+
Lexova tracks user consent to your terms and privacy policy and applies privacy-by-design, but it is a tool — your firm remains the controller responsible for compliance.
