Lexova AI assistant

An assistant that answers your clients' form questions

Clients ask what a question means, what is still missing, or why a warning appeared — and get an answer in their own language, grounded in their own file. Anything that calls for professional judgement is sent straight to you.

Re: Work permit · Khan, Aisha

Dear Officer,

On behalf of our client, we respectfully submit this application for a work permit under the high-wage stream, supported by a positive LMIA.

Sincerely,

Most client emails are not requests for advice. They are "what does this question mean?", "what do I still owe you?", "why is this flagged?" — questions that interrupt your day without needing your expertise. The Lexova assistant answers exactly those, inside the workspace, at the moment the client is stuck. It knows their forms, their answers, their checklist and their open warnings, and it stops precisely where professional judgement begins.

How it works

1

It offers help, it doesn't nag

A quiet button sits in the corner of the client's workspace. After a while on the page it offers once — "I can help you complete your file" — and never interrupts again.

2

It answers from their file

It reads their own answers back with the source ("your address history shows…"), names what is still outstanding, and explains an open warning in their own dates and places. It can also read a screenshot when a client photographs a document or a screen they're stuck on.

3

It sends the real questions to you

Eligibility, disclosure, criminality, program choice, timing, fees — the assistant declines in two sentences and tells the client to contact their representative. You see in the case log that it happened.

Why it matters

Fewer interruptions

The mechanical questions are answered where they arise, so your inbox keeps the ones that actually need an RCIC.

A boundary you can rely on

The assistant never opines on eligibility or disclosure, never predicts an officer, and never writes a client's explanation for them.

Grounded, not guessing

It answers from the client's actual file and says plainly when something isn't there — including that it cannot read inside uploaded documents.

Bilingual by default

Clients ask in French or English and are answered in the same language, with a permanent AI disclaimer in view.

Frequently asked questions

Can the assistant give immigration advice?+

No — and that boundary is built into the product, not left to the model's discretion. Eligibility, disclosure, criminality, program selection and timing are refused and sent to the representative. The assistant explains forms; the RCIC or lawyer advises.

Which plans include the assistant?+

Premium and Enterprise. Every exchange is metered and visible in your firm's usage dashboard.

Can it see my client's documents?+

It knows which documents are on file and which are missing, but does not read inside them in conversation — and says so. Reading document contents against the forms is what the coherence check does, on demand, for staff.
